At Merchills, we stand behind the quality of our products. We aim to provide you with items that meet or exceed your expectations. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, our Warranty and Returns Policy ensures a smooth resolution process.


Warranty Coverage

  • Standard Warranty Period: 30 days from the date of delivery, unless a longer warranty is stated on the product page.

  • Coverage Includes:

    • Manufacturer defects

    • Faulty workmanship

    • Items damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

  • Not Covered:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

    • Software or compatibility issues not related to product defects

    • Loss or theft of the product


Returns & Refunds

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

Conditions for Returns

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and tags).

  • Products that are used, altered, or missing parts may be refused.

  • Final Sale Items (e.g., clearance, perishable, or hygiene products) are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Merchills covers return shipping costs.

  • Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  3. Processing Time: Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days after approval.


How to Initiate a Warranty Claim or Return

  1. Email support@merchills.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return or warranty claim

    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending any item.

  3. Ship the product following the provided instructions.


Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns without prior approval may be refused.

  • For international warranty claims (outside the Philippines), additional processing time may apply.

  • Merchills’ maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
